• Why does my screen look funny after I replace a new display card?

  To avoid the software/driver conflict, we will recommend following the standard installation steps as below and take a try:

  1. Remove original VGA Driver from the system by going to 'Start' -> 'Settings' -> 'Control Panel' and click 'Remove/Add Program' like this
  2. Power off the PC and remove both Power and VGA cord from the computer.
  3. Remove old VGA card (by unlock the AGP slot lock, depends on the motherboard) and remove the screw on the system chassis, then pull the card straight up off the motherboard.
  4. Place your new AGP card into the PC by insert back into AGP slot, secure the card (by lock AGP slot lock) and secure back chassis screw.
  5. Connect Power and VGA cord back to the computer, then turn on the PC.
  6. Place enclosed CD into your CD-ROM, select auto-run and install driver.
  7. Adjust display resolution by right click on the ‘Desktop' -> ‘Properties' -> ‘Settings', and refresh frequency can be adjusted in ‘Advanced' tab -> ‘Monitor' -> ‘Screen refresh Rate'.
